The Chianti Classico DOCG is made from Sangiovese grapes and occasional addition of other red grapes. The wine shows a ruby red color that would later evolve to garnet with ageing. The wine gives a dry, supple taste that is well balanced between a full body and a good structure of tannins.

• Aroma: intense yet delicate, with hints of violets.
• Serving temperature: 18 - 20°C.
• Recommended to serve with white meat and poultry, noble poultry and grilled meat.
