This highlighted Coldovigo Cabernet is well made from 100% well-chosen Cabernet Sauvignon. It is fermented on the skins at the maximum temperature of 24°C for a period of 7 to 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks. This Italian red wine features a ruby red color. Its aroma is very intense with a bouquet of blackberries and cherries and a long spicy finish. This elegant red wine pairs well with roast chicken and pork, and tasty hard cheesees.
